		Dudley Elliott Director Dudley has 25 years experience in advising growing businesses on taxation issues, structuring, financing and exit strategies. Recognised as a taxation specialist, Dudley holds a Masters of Taxation and is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and a Senior Fellow of FINSIA.
		John O’Gorman Director John has over 20 years of growth consulting and project management experience in both Australia and the UK. John specialises in strategic planning, financial modelling, technology deployment and corporate finance thus ensuring that strategies are implemented and tangible results are produced.
